config -chinese and gtell

config -chinese and gtell

config -chinese 時如果別的團員是 +chinese, 則別人說話時仍然看到 "xxx 對整個隊伍說" 而不是 "xxx tells the group". (不過打 gm 看舊訊息時是正確的).

如果自己是 +chinese 而別人是 -chinese 則會看到 tells the group.

能不能改成只依照自己的設定顯示中文或英文呢?

因為中英文判定是看發言的那個人的狀況.....
不過其他channel都是以看的那個人來做check...
這點我已經修正...12/22 reboot 後會更正過來
